Just got back from watching John Mayer perform at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, and I must say with all gossip aside and Mayer’s perpetual ability to portray himself as a ‘douche bag’ to the media, the guy really has talent. Anyone who has followed Mayer throughout his career has seen him gradually reveal the amazing musicality and chops he has with his axe- the boy can play the guitar!  This is my second Mayer concert, and it always puts a smile on my face watching all these boyfriends get dragged into the concert only to be the ones out of their seats by the end of the concert clapping and fist pumpin’ like crazy.  Well, that just about does it for me. Thank you Mr. Mayer for a delightful evening! -Cliff
