In all news MGMT, their new album, Congratulations is now on their website to stream. I’m liking it so far, “Someone’s Missing” is a current favorite, but I’ve only given each song one or two listens. This album definitely lacks radio ready songs like “Kids” from Oracular Spectacular, and definitely takes a new approach. I’d say “The Handshake” from the first album is the direction they’ve headed. Check it out for yourself
Also, the audio attached is Jonsi of Sigur Ros’s absolutley beautiful cover of an MGMT classic, “Time to Pretend.”
